Offer creditable coverage testing without building it yourself.

Whether you send us an introduction or run the whole thing under your own brand, the method and the record behind it are the same.

The obligation is already sitting with the people you serve.

Brokers, third party administrators, benefits platforms, associations and PEOs all sit next to plan sponsors who owe a creditable coverage determination and a notice every plan year. Very few of those sponsors have a standard way to produce one.

So it gets handled by hand, or the client is told to ask their carrier, or it waits until somebody asks about it.

If you want to offer this properly, you need a method that produces the same answer every time and a record that holds up when it is questioned two years later. That is what you would be attaching your name to.

We built the method and the record. What varies between partners is how much of the rest you want to own.

Three ways to partner with us.

Referral

You introduce the client and stay in the relationship. The work carries our name.

You

  • Make the introduction
  • Stay the client's main contact

Creditable

  • Runs every plan
  • Produces the record and the notices
  • Supports the client directly

Member group

You make it available to your membership. Members run their own plans, under both names.

You

  • Offer it to your members
  • Agree the terms with us

Creditable

  • Supports members directly
  • Runs every plan the members submit

White label

You deliver the service under your own brand. We are the platform behind it.

You

  • Deliver and support the service
  • Own the client relationship

Creditable

  • Runs the platform behind your brand
  • Keeps the method and the record identical

If more than one of these could work, say so when you get in touch. They are not exclusive and some partners use two.

What stays the same in all three.

The method
Actuarial value against the CMS defined standard benefit for that plan year, run the same way for every plan, whoever submitted it and whatever name is on the screen.
The record
Inputs, method, parameters and outcome stored together, per plan, per plan year, and available long after the plan year closes.
The notices
The CMS disclosure and the participant notice generated from the same run that produced the determination.
The plan year
Every determination is tied to a plan year and the parameters that applied in it. Re-runs inside that year are included.

Tell us who you work with.

Send us a note about the organizations or members on your side and we will tell you which of the three fits, or whether none of them does.
